- To carry on the business of manufacturing of food products, juices, beverages, pickles, vinegars, spices, herbal tea, herbal infusion, dried herbs, processed herbs, herbal salts, flour, millet products, pulses, snacks, sweets, baked products, dairy products & allied forms, animal feed, procurement of fresh farm produce and export and trade business of finished goods including all the food products based on Agricultural, Horticultural, Medicinal and Aromatic crops. To provide that the company may carry on any of the activities specified in this clause either by itself or through other institutions.
- To carry on the business of manufacturing of farm-yard manure (FYM), bio-fertilizers, organic growth promoters, bio-compost, bio-pesticides, improved farm machinery, small Agri-tools, modern Agro-processing machinery, sustainable (biodegradable) packaging material for Agri-commodities in support of above-mentioned business of Agriculture-based food production. Contract farming to undertake collective marketing, procurement, processing, export, and trade business (as per national and international norms and standards).
- To generate the local employment (in support of ‘Vocal for Local’ to stop migration from the rural areas) through enhancing the skills, knowledge and capacities of rural youth, small and marginal farmers by facilitating technical trainings, rural business incubation through specified in this clause either by itself or through other qualified resource persons/ institutions.
